Meeting Spaces & Accommodations

Meeting Spaces

Welcome Center

Our Welcome Center has two separate meeting rooms that hold up to 98 people each. Each room can be divided to create smaller meeting spaces. These rooms are perfect for corporate meetings overlooking our natural surroundings.

Our largest meeting space comfortably holds 150 people in a rustic setting. There is a large, wood-burning stone fireplace available. We also have two smaller meeting rooms—the Helde (15 people) and Staff (35 people)—for smaller group meetings.

Maple Room

In the lower level of our new dining hall addition, the Maple Room is a perfect space for meetings and small events, up to 60 people.

Overnight Accommodations

We have 16 cozy, heated cabins, a bunkhouse and beds in our Health Services building. We can host up to 225 people in the fall, winter and spring and 199 in summer. Our accommodations are ADA-accessible. We do not provide bedding unless prearranged linen service is requested (additional fee).

Summer availability: Friday 6 p.m. to Sunday 9 a.m.

Camper Cabins

Our 16 rustic camper cabins each have capacity for up to 10 people. All cabins have bunk beds, and restrooms and hot showers are available in a centrally located bathhouse.

The Bunkhouse

Sleeps up to 36 people in three separate rooms. There is a meeting room in the center of the Bunkhouse perfect for up to 60 people. Bathrooms with showers are located inside the building. Minimum number to reserve the Bunkhouse is 30 people.
