The Y ForeverWell program offers opportunities to nourish and move your body and discover ways to help you reflect, connect with others, and restore your balance to ensure you can achieve your full potential.

Complementary Wellbeing Consultation

Members receive a free 20-minute consultation, during which you’ll:

  • Meet with a board-certified health coach to explore your key health and wellbeing goals or concerns.
  • Discover potential next steps for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
  • Answer any questions about how health coaching or other Y programs can be tailored to best support your personal health and wellbeing.

Complementary Nutrition Consultation

Available to all Y members, a nutrition consultation is a 20-minute exploratory conversation with one of our registered dieticians to:

  • Understand your current situation, including priority goals and any presenting issues.
  • Collaboratively identify opportunities to further support your health and wellbeing through food and nutrition.

Complementary Fitness Assessments

All Y members can enjoy a free one-on-one 60-minute session with a personal trainer who will help you identify your  individualized path to achieving your wellbeing goals. Assessments are customized to your needs and can include:

  • Full tour of the fitness center and relevant equipment
  • Overview of all Y Wellbeing programs or activities to support your wellbeing journey
  • InBody Assessment that quickly defines your basal metabolic rate, muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more (available at most locations)
  • Balance Assessment designed to improve balance, reducing the risk of falls.
  • EGYM Orientation for a personalized, full-body strength training experience available at Andover, Southdale, St. Paul Midway and Woodbury
