Walk taller, feel stronger! This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.

  • Kids ages 10 – 14 may attend with a parent or guardian
  • Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult

A Typical Class

Class participants use the exercise ball, BOSU® balance trainer, and weights for core exercises. The instructor leads the class through a variety of exercises for the glutes, abs and low back, including Bose core exercises.
