This mind-body workout incorporates movements based on elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. This class is designed to use the water’s natural resistance to increase the body’s full range of motion while stabilizing the core muscles. With limited use of water fitness equipment, this class is suitable for all levels of conditioning.

Classes take place in our heated indoor pools. This warm-water workout facilitates increased flexibility while challenging participants to maintain core stabilization, postural alignment, and balance.

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready for the pool
  • Proper swim attire is required (swim suit), no basketball shorts, street clothes, etc.
  • Water shoes (encouraged)
  • Towel, water bottle, aqua jacket (optional)
