With this circuit style format you will put the gloves on and use bodyweight exercises to work both your cardiovascular (aerobic) and muscular (anaerobic) systems. This 30 min. class will be broken into 2 periods. 10 minute functional/dynamic warm-up; where you will build strength and flexibility though range of motion movements and exercises. 20 minutes of  bodyweight circuit training stations will have 3 rounds.
