Megan Henderson

Fitness has been a priority in my life for over 15 years. I absolutely live for achieving goals and always push myself to exercise. This is something I enjoy helping others achieve, as well. For more than two years, I have worked at the YMCA as a Personal Trainer—and I love my job! Working with many types of people, and seeing them make progress brings me great joy each and every day. My goal is to strive to be a positive influence, and ensure that I am a constant motivator.
