I fell in love with fitness when I was very young. Through playing competitive basketball for 14 years I learned how to push my body and enhance my fitness level—all while doing something I love and still enjoy playing today. Living a healthy lifestyle can be rewarding and fun for all types of individuals, and I hope to help you realize success through an active lifestyle. When I work with people, I create workouts that fit personal goals, fitness levels, likes and dislikes.
