Jess Higgins

My interest in fitness started at an early age when medical professionals told me that I would never be an athlete or participate in sports due to a childhood illness. At an early age, I worked diligently participating in dance and tennis to improve my balance and coordination. My love of fitness grew and so did my success. I was determined to succeed, and with the help of others, I achieved the ranking of #1 varsity singles player at my high school together with success in both singles and doubles at the collegiate level. As a career, personal training was the perfect fit as it was a way to pay it forward and help others achieve their own goals. My strengths are my passion, dedication, drive, work ethic and ability to develop comprehensive individualized programs for clients of all fitness levels, abilities and ages. I am a motivator and believe everyone can achieve personal success.
