Fitness Assessment

  • Meet one-on-one with a Personal Trainer for 30 minutes
  • Get an assessment of your current physical state so that you can measure progress as you work toward your goals
  • It’s a good idea to schedule a Fitness Assessment after you’ve had a Personal Consultation
  • Free with Y membership

Train in a small group

Buddy Training

  • Work out with a friend and a Personal Trainer
  • Get a tailored plan to stay motivated and reach your shared fitness, nutrition and wellness goals
  • Best for friends with similar goals, exercise interests and fitness levels
  • Fully customizable schedule for how often and how long you work together
  • Pricing starts at $30 for one session for members, $40 for non-members

Small Group Training

  • Work out with four to eight other participants and a Personal Trainer
  • You and your small group will participate in a specialty class
  • Classes run on a seven-week schedule—choose from 30-, 45- or 60-minute options

Flex Training

  • Work out with four to eight other participants and a Personal Trainer
  • You and your small group will participate in a specialty class
  • Classes have a flexible start and end dates—choose from 30-, 45- or 60-minute options
  • Pricing starts at $12 per class for members, $18 for non-members

Workout on your own

Get the information you need for a safe and effective self-guided workout. These offerings are free with Y membership.

Equipment Orientation

  • Meet one-on-one with a Personal Trainer for 30 minutes—sign up at Member Services
  • Get an overview of how to use basic equipment and machines in the Fitness Center
  • After orientation, expect to feel more confident and safe during self-guided workouts
  • Focused orientations available for older adults and kids ages seven to 17

Youth Fitness Cards

  • Pick up a pre-planned workout card from Member Services
  • Get an age-appropriate plan that families and kids age seven and up can follow at your own pace—includes exercises from warming up to cooling down
