Exercise is a way to improve your health and fitness and allows you to live a higher quality of life. Through regular exercise I have lost 70 pounds, have built the endurance to run marathons and have rediscovered my passion for the sport of tennis. As your personal trainer I can find ways to help you overcome any barriers to becoming an exerciser. No matter what your current health and fitness levels are, I can assist you in making improvements. Exercise gives you the power to take control of your life and change it for the better. One of my favorite quotes regarding exercise comes from Dr. Walter Bortz—an expert on aging, marathon runner and regular exerciser who is in his 80s. “It’s never too late to start, but it’s always too soon to stop.”
