Ronnie D. Cordova

I specialize in strength and conditioning training. My experience includes working with middle-school, high-school, and college athletes in a range of different sports, from wrestling and swimming to football and gymnastics, and many more. I also work with members of the military, police officers, mixed martial arts athletes, and rehabilitation patients, as well as anyone looking to improve in their goals for healthy living.

I believe every time you train you gain another inch, and those inches are exactly what allows you to win in life! Part of my training philosophy can be summed up in this quote from Henry Rollins: “I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.”
