I teach people how to control their body through movements that engage all muscle groups. The majority of the time, starting out with body weight or light dumbbells is enough to get the proper resistance. After a person’s base strength is built, we can have some fun and be more creative. I help my clients develop exercise programs to specifically meet their needs. I teach clients the “why” of specific exercises and how the exercise will benefit them and help them reach their goals.
