Every individual has a unique set of goals and is faced with many challenges to achieving those goals. Each has their own motivations from losing weight to gaining muscle or improving speed and agility.
By identifying short and long term goals and rewarding yourself for reaching milestones towards those goals, they become very attainable how little or big they may be. I plan to work with individuals to help them to understand how to change their lifestyle to meet both their physical and nutritional needs to maintain good health and fitness.
