YMCA programs are customized to your needs

Like any health and wellness initiative, a corporate wellness program works best if it’s tailored to your specific needs.  At the Y, we’ll help you customize a program for your company, making it easy for you—and your employees—to get started and keep participating. 

We’ll meet with you to understand your goals and company culture. Then, we’ll work with you to develop a comprehensive corporate wellness program—with activities at the Y and/or at your company’s location. All corporate wellness programs include: 

  • A set trial period for all employees at your organization to try the Y for free
  • A quarterly wellness newsletter to share with employees
  • Volunteer opportunities for your employees
  • Meeting space available at Y locations

You can also select additional fee-based programs to be hosted at the Y or at your offices:

  • Lunch-and-learn classes
  • Wellness challenges and classes
  • Safety classes: like CPR/AED, First Aid, Administering Emergency Oxygen

Pricing: a straightforward annual fee

The annual fee for your organization’s customized corporate wellness program is based on the number of employees:

  • 1-99 employees:  $200
  • 100-249 employees:  $400
  • 250-499 employees:  $600
  • 500+ employees:  $1,000

If your company reimburses employees for all or part of their individual memberships to the Y—you might not need to pay an annual fee to collaborate with the Y on a corporate wellness program. Contact us for details on waiving the annual fee.
