Outdoor Cooking

Outdoor Cooking has been a very popular achievement option amongst campers, and we are excited to announce new and improved curriculum for summer 2017! The focus of the first day will be on fire-building techniques and safety, which will be especially helpful for the overnight experience later in the week! The following days will focus on preparing sustainable food while in the wilderness, which will include preparing food over a fire, as well as exploring packable trail food. Who is excited to try some freeze-dried and dehydrated fruit?
