During these cold winter months, remind yourself of warm summer days at camp by making a few of your favorite trail recipes!

Cranberry Vanilla Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry oats
  • ¼ cup sunflower butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit like raisins)
  • Dash of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir until all combined, then use a cookie scoop to scoop out balls and place on cookie sheet to put in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Banana Boats

Materials/Ingredients:

  • Aluminum foil sheets
  • Bananas
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips 
  • Graham cracker pieces (optional)
  • Cranberries (optional)

In split open banana, add desired toppings and wrap in foil, cook over fire for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
