Yoga & Wellness

Choose between a one or two day retreat to immerse yourself and reconnect with nature and your relationship to the earth. This retreat will focus on our relationship to the changing seasons and how to best take care of ourselves as the temperatures begin to cool.

Learn to make your own herbal tonics to help you through flu season, practice trail yoga in the crisp dense forest, or find a quiet space to take a quiet moment for yourself.

Led by local Twin Cities Instructors. We hope that you will begin or enhance your relationship to the natural world around you.

One-day Retreat

Saturday, November 16
9am - 4:30pm
$75
Minimum age for attendance is 16 years.

The one-day retreat will include:

  • A 60-minute Vinyasa Flow
  • Lunch & Healthy Snack
  • Three 75-minute workshops: Herbal Tonics, Collage and Meditation, Meditative Nature Hike, and more.

Two-day Overnight Retreat

Saturday 9am, November 16 - Sunday 12pm, November 17
$150
Minimum age for attendance is 16 years. If staying overnight, participant's ages 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The two-day retreat will include:

  • Two 60-minute Vinyasa Flows
  • Candlelight Slow Flow or Yin Yoga
  • Lunch, Dinner, Brunch & Healthy Snacks
  • Three 75-minute workshops: Herbal Tonics, Collage and Meditation, Meditative Nature Hike, and more.
  • Lodging and a campfire with s’mores
