  • 2 Sheets and 2-3 blankets for 30” wide bed
  • 2 Towels
  • Swimsuit
  • Sleeping bag
  • Toothbrush, toothpaste
  • Soap
  • Pillow and pillowcase
  • Flashlight
  • Raincoat
  • Water bottle
  • Warm hat
  • Hat with visor
  • Sunblock
  • Chapstick
  • 2 Pairs of shoes (one that can get wet)
  • Mosquito repellent (non-aerosol)
  • 5-6 pair of socks
  • Medications (see policy in Health & Safety <link to 3.6> section)
  • Sandals
  • Addressed and stamped envelopes
  • Paper and pen
  • Pajamas
  • 5-6 underwear*
  • Store money ($20-$50)
  • 2 Pants
  • Book to read
  • 2 Shorts
  • Lanyards (returning campers)
  • 4-5 shirts (1 long sleeved)
  • Laundry bag for dirty clothes
  • Sweatshirt
  • Light jacket
  • Large sport bag or suitcase 

*Longer sessions may need more underwear, socks, etc.

What Not to Bring to Camp

  • The following items should not be brought to camp. If they are found, they will be confiscated and returned at the end of the session.
  • Cell Phones
  • TVs, Radios, Handhelds
  • CD players, iPods, MP3 players
  • Video Games
  • Computer Games
  • DVD Players
  • Food (this includes gum)
  • Pocket knives (unless camper has permission to bring it on a Short or Long Border trip)

Prohibited Items

The following items will be confiscated, and parents and authorities will be contacted to remove their child from camp. No fee adjustment or refund will be given for violation.

  • Firearms or weapons
  • Drugs or alcohol
  • Fireworks
  • Any tobacco products
