Our fitness instructors will challenge you with intense segments in various workout formats that incorporate flexibility training with Yoga.

A Typical Class

Class starts with yoga stretches then interval training on the stationary bike to boost cardio endurance. Then participants enjoy a variety of Yoga poses ending with a long stretch and seated meditation.
