Live better. Live stronger. This class aims to improve daily living skills through better balance, strength, flexibility and agility. This class promotes progressive resistance where your training load is increased as your muscles become stronger. Included in this class is a functional fitness test that will provide you with tangible evidence of your improvements. Strength training is the only type of exercise that can maintain muscle and metabolism as we age.
