Tai Chi Chuan
Tai = big or great. Chi = ultimate energy. Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, beautiful, relaxed movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body. Our instructors are extensively trained in the martial arts. No leaps, no high kicks, no running; the feet always firmly on the ground. Participants learn the “how” and the “why” behind each movement. It is a study in concentration for the mind.
