Workshop registration

Yoga and meditation classes

Deepen your mental and spiritual health with yoga and meditation classes at the George Wellbeing Center. All classes are:

  • 45 minutes
  • Available for you to drop-in at any time—no advance registration is required, no need to bring your own mat
  • Limited to a maximum of 14 participants

Your first class is free. To keep coming to class, buy a pack of 4 or 8. For class schedules or purchase a class pack, call 612-465-0468 or visit the Center.

Paul Jeannotte

Paul is passionate about the benefits of integrating mindfulness in daily life and focuses on helping those who want to be more present for their lives. He teaches mindfulness meditation and yoga.

Paul is a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and completed teacher trainings through Devandi Yoga. He’s qualified to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the UMass Medical School.
