Relax and rest with the latest in mind, body and spirit offerings at the George Wellbeing Center. Join us for an open house on May 4—drop in from 9am to 5pm to take a tour of the new space and book an appointment.

Wellness offerings

Diabetes Prevention Program—if you have pre-diabetes, reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes with this one-year, group program that promotes improved nutrition, increased physical activity and reduced body weight.

Journey to Freedom—explore areas of your life that need change—relationships, self-worth, grief, depression and more—with small-group discussion and personal reflection in this eight-week program.

Lighter U—learn about nutrition and mental wellness during a weight-loss journey with this 12-week group program that also includes physical activity.

Making Change Stick—begin transformational change in your life with this 90-minute workshop to help gain a deeper understanding of your goals and tangible next steps. Visit Member Services at your local Y for more.

Meditation—strengthen your spirit and mind with guided meditation classes, free for Y members. Search the Group Exercise class schedule to find a session.
