Diabetes Prevention Program—if you have pre-diabetes, reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes with this one-year, group program that promotes improved nutrition, increased physical activity and reduced body weight.

Journey to Freedom—explore areas of your life that need change—relationships, self-worth, grief, depression and more—with small-group discussion and personal reflection in this eight-week program.
