Core Cycle
This class utilizes Krank and Group Cycle formats to give participants a serious dose of cardio exercise. Combine the heart pumping cardio with exercises focused on strengthening the abs, obliques and low back and you have an exercise experience like no other. This class is designed for all abilities, and is ideal for those looking to build up their tolerance of the group cycles.
