First Steps to Your Best 5K
If you have a desire to run an entire 5k or beyond, this is the class that will get you up and running. Learn the basics of running through the practice of form drills, running intervals and eventually, non-stop running. Proper form and technique is emphasized so that participants can maximize enjoyment and minimize injuries.
The next session for classes and lessons begins the week of September 9—registration opens August 13.
