Strength Training for Seniors
Work with a personal trainer in a small class setting to maximize the benefits of strength training. Master the skills necessary to safely and effectively use the strength training equipment on our fitness floor. You will learn about sets, reps, tempo, and the proper amount of weight you should be lifting. Each week presents a new challenge as you learn proper form and exercises for two major muscles groups of the body. Upon completion of this 6-week progressive class, you will have the confidence and knowledge to work out on your own.
The next session for classes and lessons begins the week of September 9—registration opens August 13.
