Learn the Lindy with its swingouts, turns, and spins as you dance to Big-Band Swing, Jump Blues, or Rock ’n’ Roll. The adventurous may even learn some basic dips/tricks/aerials to spice things up (where available). Class may be followed by a dance/practice session.

A Typical Class

Instructors take the time to teach the steps and moves of Swing Dancing. Everyone dances with a partner. It’s a fun and social way to get exercise.
