RACE DAY PICK UP: Saturday, April 16 at Lake Calhoun, 7:00 am – 8:15 am

*Note: If you're planning to pick up your packet on Saturday we encourage you to arrive early as lines may be long. We don’t want you to miss the start of your race.

Can someone else pick up my packet?

Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your race packet. They will need to know your name and address to confirm who you are.

Register in person?

Register in person at packet pick-up or on race day. Some Y locations may offer walk-in registration as well. Contact your local Y.

My child is registered. Can I accompany them?

Yes, you can run or walk the 1 Mile with your child. In order to do so you must also register for the 1 Mile.

Where can I view race results?

All race results will be posted at ymcarun.org after the race.


Parking is available in the Calhoun Executive Center parking lot and around Lake Calhoun.

Race Day Headquarters/Location:

Lake Calhoun Executive Center parking lot located at the NW corner of Lake Calhoun. Access to the parking lot is either from W. Lake Calhoun Parkway or from Excelsior Blvd. View Race Day map

Food & Water

Refreshments are provided by our sponsors and will be available at the race headquarters after the race.

Location of water stops:

  • 5K water stops at Mile 1 and the Finish Line.
  • 10K water at Mile 1, 3, 4 and the Finish Line.
  • The 1Mile water stop will be at the Finish Line.


Portable toilets, including a handicap-accessible toilet, will be available for race participants, spectators and volunteers at race headquarters.


Dogs may not accompany participants on the race course.

Bag Drop

Bag drop will be available on race day from 7 am – 10:30 am and is located near the registration tables. We will have bags available for you to store your belongings and mark by bib number. The drop bags are meant to hold light belongings and non-valuable items. Please do not leave valuable items in your bags.
