How it works
Registration is by grade: K-2, 3-5 and 6-12. Students meet once a week for two hours. Each class includes age-appropriate instruction in a sport and time in the pool. Most sessions are eight weeks long and feature instruction in two sports. (Session 4 is an abbreviated, five-week session, which includes only one sport.)
During a ten-week session, you can expect:
- Week 1: Games, fitness tests and goal setting
- Week 2-4: Sport 1 instruction
- Week 5-7: Sport 2 instruction
- Week 8-10: Group choice and goal assessment
