As a child, and at various times as an adult, I’ve struggled with my weight. Although I succeeded losing weight a few times, I did it in unsustainable ways. Finally, the light bulb came on and I understood that I had to change the way I thought about exercise, nutrition and stress. Once I made this mental shift, two things happened—I found joy in the process and I was compelled to share my “a-ha!” moment with others. That’s why I made the life-changing decision to leave the corporate world and become a personal trainer.
Using effective principles of weight management, I’ll guide you to incrementally build healthy habits that you’ll enjoy. During the process, you’ll be empowered to have fun as you get stronger, healthier and more energetic.
