Melissa Schenck

I enjoy training people off all ages and abilities. I understand that exercise and all the equipment can be a little overwhelming, so I like to take my time and try to make my clients feel informed and comfortable as well as train and motivate them. One of my favorite parts of training is starting with someone new, right where they are at, and then seeing all the progress they make. I also really enjoy my long-term clients, the people who have been with me for years; I enjoy working with them as they change their goals and perspectives. I love learning new modalities of exercise and movement.  I personally have always enjoyed moving and exercising and love helping other people find workouts that they enjoy and are excited to do. I feel physical fitness open many doors to improving your overall quality of life, not just your strength or endurance
