Summer Rooftop Group Exercise

Get out of the studio and head outdoors during a rooftop group exercise class. 

What to bring

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothes for the day’s forecast
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat

Where to meet

  • Rooftop— access it from the 5th floor by the Fitscape Studio
  • Updates about classes moved indoors due to weather will be posted near the 5th floor elevator prior to the class start time

YMCA Fitness at The Commons

Join us for additional outdoor group exercise classes at The Commons, a new green space located next to US Bank Stadium.

  • Friday, June 22: Summer Solstice Yoga at 5:30pm
  • Wednesday, August 22: Kickboxing at 6:00pm

Summer Pilates Reformer & Cadillac Intensive Classes

This 10-week course is a summer must for both experienced Pilates Reformer participants looking to advance onto Cadillac equipment and for beginners who want an intensive Reformer learning opportunity.

  • Class runs from June 4-August 1
  • Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:45-11:45am (no class on July 4)
  • Price is $280 for members, $364 for non-members


You vs You

Get ready to face your fiercest opponent-YOU! This summer fitness challenge encourages you to set a measurable goal to achieve by the end of the 8-week event.

  • Monday June 4-Wednesday, July 25
  • Price: $25
  • Participants receive two free assessments with a personal trainer, a fitness journal and can attend weekly workout workshops every Wednesday.

Lighter U Summer Sessions

Learn how small to moderate lifestyle changes can lead to big results with Lighter U, a weight loss and weight management class. Classes meet weekly for 12 weeks of classroom-style discussions on weekly topics. Three classes will be offered this summer, choose the one that works best with your schedule.

  • Mondays at 5pm
  • Tuesdays at 5:30pm
  • Thursdays at 12:00pm
  • Price $249 for 12 classes
