Between my years as a Personal Trainer and as an Army Medic, I’ve developed a variety of training principles that I use in my sessions. Together, we’ll focus on mobility, stability, core and balance—all are building blocks for strength (and BEAST MODE!). I help people develop kinetic chain strength through natural movement exercises. We’ll work on functional strength, intensity management, and pushing your limits to maximize results. Come prepared to be worked, be tired and love every minute of it.
