Rebecca Nystrom

For much of my youth and into my late teens I struggled with depression and anxiety that was often debilitating. In my late teens I was fortunate enough to be introduced to dancing and weight training and it helped stabilize my mood while also teaching me to care for myself. Since then I have never strayed away from movement and I continue to make fitness and healthy life habits a priority in my life. I have practiced all different types of movement forms ranging from Bikram Yoga to Crossfit.

I believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to fitness and to continue challenging your body through every fitness path. After years of training on my own and in many different types of classrooms I decided I was ready to share my knowledge and experience with others. As a Personal Trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.
