I have always enjoyed anatomy and how the body works. The body is an amazing thing and is capable of infinite possibilities. I enjoy being active and working with athletes as they help remind me of what the body truly can accomplish. I have been active in many sports over the years, including Figure Skating, Basketball, Volleyball, Shot put & Discus, Softball, Curling, and Roller Derby.

Between staying active, I have also battled bouts of an unhealthy, stressful, and sedentary lifestyle. I recognize that there are many barriers to starting and continuing a wellness journey, all of which are going to vary from person to person. The most challenging step will not be the same for everyone. Specializing in Behavior Change, I am here to help you recognize where you are in the journey so that you can begin progressing forward and overcome obstacles of daily life.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with others to help foster the understanding that being healthy is much more than just eating ‘right’ and exercising. Our bodies are extremely adaptable and capable of change. Regardless of how you would like to improve your health and well-being, I would like to help you with the journey. Success is getting up one more time than you fall.
