Whether it’s helping you be able to take the stairs without being exhausted or it’s improving your marathon time—I enjoy working with people of all ages and ability levels. Since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2008, I’ve made it a priority to get to know an individual and their goals so that we can work toward them together. My goal is to help you gain the knowledge you need to reach your fitness goals, and the understanding that living healthier can even be fun.
