Coming from a family of teachers, I believe education is important to get the most out of the training experience. Knowing exactly what muscle group you are using, why you are doing an exercise and the potential associated benefits really helps to bridge the mind-body connection. And even though there’s a lot of hard work involved—training should have a fun element. I enjoy keeping people motivated to train hard every week.
