Staying fit has always been a big part of my life. At the age of 11, I started playing football and track regularly training to stay in shape to compete. I continued both sports throughout high school and played football in college. During my time competing in sports I found there are two constants when training; first that everyone is different, and second that in order to get better you need to challenge yourself. When keeping these two things in mind, you can train safe, hard, and consistently because it is 100% what you need to succeed. When working with me we will identify your personal wants and needs. This will allow us to make a personal plan that will consistently test and challenge your abilities in order for you to achieve your goals.
