Fitness has been an important part of my life since I was 2 years old when I started gymnastics.  It continued to be my #1 passion for 17 years of my life. When competitive gymnastics ended, I turned to strength and conditioning and fell in love!  Since my career in the fitness industry began, I have relocated five times and have gained an incredible amount of experience throughout various positions including a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Competitive Gymnastics Director, Membership Relations Manager, and now Program Manager of Personal Training. No matter your age, you are most likely looking for one or more of these things: Strength, Stability, Mobility, and/or Weight Loss.
