At various times in my life, I’ve struggled to maintain a healthy weight—losing weight in unsustainable ways. When the light bulb came on and I understood that I had to change the way I thought about exercise, nutrition and stress two things happened: I found joy in the process and I wanted to share my “a-ha moment” with others. I made the life-changing decision to leave the corporate world and become a personal trainer—I’d love to work with you. Using effective principles of weight management, I will guide you to incrementally build healthy habits that you will enjoy. This process will empower you as it has empowered me to have fun as you get stronger, healthier and more energetic.
