Group Exercise classes

Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes—categories include cardio, strength, water exercise and yoga. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.

Personal Training programs

Sign up for a session with a Personal Trainer. Complete an assessment and determine how to progress toward your goals. Get all this and more from our expert Personal Training Team.

Group Training programs

Work with a trainer in small groups during specialty fitness classes for adults, kids and families.


Take time to focus on total wellness with shiatsu massage, which can help relieve muscle tension.

Weight Management Program for Kids

Reclaim your family’s health with the Healthy Weight and Your Child program for kids ages 7-13, who carry excess weight. Adults and kids work together through education and physical activity to adopt healthier habits.


This free, 12-week program is designed for cancer survivors to ease back into fitness. Get individual attention that matches what you’re able to accomplish through twice weekly sessions to build strength, increase flexibility and endurance, plus boost confidence.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center includes an indoor walking/jogging track, exercise machines and equipment, stretching areas and free weights. You can achieve a complete workout blending flexibility, strength and endurance. From questions on using the exercise or weight machines to executing squats and lunges with correct form—the Fitness Center staff is ready to help. And it’s free with membership!
