  • Discounted rates for Y members: $20 for 30 minutes, $40 for 60 minutes, $108 for package of three hours, $170 for package of five hours or $320 for package of 10 hours
  • Available to non-members: $30 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes, $162 for package of three hours, $255 for package of five hours or $480 for package of 10 hours

Personal Consultation

  • Meet one-on-one with a Personal Trainer for an hour
  • Discuss your fitness, nutrition and wellness goals, and learn more about the Y services that will help you meet these goals
  • Free with Y membership

Fitness Assessment

  • Meet one-on-one with a Personal Trainer for 30 minutes
  • Get an assessment of your current physical state so that you can measure progress as you work toward your goals
  • It’s a good idea to schedule a Fitness Assessment after you’ve had a Personal Consultation
  • Free with Y membership

Equipment Orientation

  • Sign up at Member Services
  • Get an overview of how to use basic equipment and machines in the Fitness Center
  • After orientation, expect to feel more confident and safe during self-guided workouts
