I have been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. It is something that I have always incorporated into my own lifestyle and started considering making a career out of it in high school. I followed my heart and decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. My graduate program made me further embrace a full wellness perspective including nutrition, metabolism, sleep, stress, and fitness.
During my 2 years of Personal Training, I have been able to help people in many ways including but not limited to losing weight, bouncing back from pregnancy changes, increasing fitness performance for sports and functional daily activities, rehabilitating injuries, implementing arthritis exercises to eliminate pain, and even eliminate the chronic symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. I will help anyone reach their goals as long as they are willing to work together and make the effort at home as well. I enjoy sharing my passion of fitness and find it very rewarding to see improvements and progress in my clients.
