I’ve been with the YMCA for seven years—five of them as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. When working with my clients I focus on functional fitness, which is the practice of building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions. For example, using your own body weight as a tool can be very beneficial.
Health and fitness have been my passion for as long as I can remember. Helping people achieve their fitness goals is very rewarding—I love what I do!
