I’d love to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. When I work with people, I create functional fitness routines that are tailored to individual needs. In my own personal fitness, I often consider this motivational quote, “Sometimes I forget just how far I’ve come, focusing on how much further I want to be.” It’s important to take time to celebrate accomplishments and successes! When I am not at the YMCA, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter or outside enjoying nature.
