I have been physically active most of my life, but have found that I am better able to reach my health and fitness goals with the guidance and accountability that comes with a personal trainer. I chose to study exercise physiology to better understand the benefits exercise has on every system in the body; from the muscles and bones to the heart and lungs (and everything in between!) I want to help my clients better understand the purpose and function behind their exercise, and HOW it’s making their body stronger and more resilient! I believe that exercise is the best form of preventative medicine and can benefit anyone regardless of their age, ability or goals. I will always encourage you to identify the motivation and purpose behind your exercise in order to help you get YOUR best results.
