Mandy Heitkamp

Since I started working as a Personal Trainer in 2007, I have enjoyed being a part of the journey people take while focusing on their health and wellness. If you’re looking to lose weight, improve performance, prevent and injury or do rehabilitation—I’ll bring in-depth exercise and nutrition knowledge to our sessions that will help you see optimal results. Our work together will likely include a combination of exercise balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, free weights, balance and floor exercises, plus machines. You’ll get safe, efficient and effective instruction, plus ways to work out on your own so that you can continue to succeed.
