Chad Shugart

Before becoming a personal trainer, I was overweight and wanted to get into better shape. Going through the struggles to achieve my own health and fitness goals of losing weight, maintaining weight, building muscle strength and hypertrophy helped me realize my desire to pursue a personal training career.

I help clients of all ages change their lifestyles and achieve fitness goals like losing weight, gaining self-confidence, becoming stronger, and improving stamina and muscle endurance. When I am training, I always remember this quote from Arnold Schwarzenegger: “Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”
