Pain – especially pain in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees – can usually be traced back to a series of muscular imbalances and/or an injury. I help clients correct imbalances by improving their muscle strength. My clients learn how to develop their muscles to improve their individual muscle imbalances. This helps decrease, if not eliminate, their pain. I use current technology and trends in my client’s training. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people such as those trying to lose weight, special populations (i.e. pregnant women, seniors, and people with special needs), youths, and athletes.
