I love fitness. I began taking group fitness classes in college and started teaching group exercise in 2003. In 2012, I added Personal Training. I enjoy interacting one-on-one and putting together programs to help individuals overcome obstacles and reach their goals. Throughout the course of training a client, I often see them do and accomplish things they would have never thought they could do. It is gratifying to me and to my clients to see their increased energy, improved confidence, posture, strength, stamina, mood, and other benefits.
